I'm Flo.

I am a qualified and experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. I live near Olney in Buckinghamshire with my husband, daughter Grace and son Arthur.

Having graduated in 2007 I have worked in various clinical areas during my career but went on to work more closely in paediatrics and womens health 6 years ago. I also went on to complete a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation. 

Having struggled with my own pelvic health following the birth of my son Arthur I decided to develop my skills further working with post-natal clients and have completed The mummy MOT training , Advanced Post-Natal Wellness Practitioner Level 2 training and NatalStrength program. 

I am PASSIONATE in the extreme about helping women with their rehab goals during this period in our lives where our pelvic health becomes paramount.

I bring the therapy to your door so you can have your little one with you and have the assessment in the comfort of your own home.
