Cycling is definitely not for everyone, particularly those suffering with pelvic pain because it does put repetitive pressure in areas some people maybe struggling with.
LUCKILY for me, I have no issues with pain or nerve problems so I am benefitting from the reduced impact/load that running was causing.
NOTE: My saddle has quite a nose on it so I'm making sure I'm taking breaks from the forward lean position to sit upright on my sits bones to relieve pressure.
Benefits for me: Out in the fresh air, feel freedom and little Arthur loves it xxx - although his hands did turn into a block of ice this morning...🙈.
