Eeeking out time

I've definitely been finding more inventive ways of squeezing in my exercise routine!


  • Cycling going well- swapping the car for the bike on the school run when the weathers okay.

  • Kegels- Done when driving and when I'm feeding Arthur day and night!

  • Core and restore- finding it hard to complete the whole routine but chipping off bits of it when I'm making dinner, when the kids fancy a movie and in the evenings.

  • Getting a weekly workout doing my free fb live workshops which have been really fun.

I sometimes feel like a lioness trying to exercise when the kids are around.

Do anyone else's kids LOVE elbow dropping you in the kidney the second they see you lie down?
