10 seconds!

Big moment for me- I'm really feeling the difference.

I can actually hold a strong PF contraction for 10 seconds. This is huge for me, as I have struggled to manage 2-3 seconds before.



I've started using the Squeezyapp (available in the app store for 2.99, this is an NHS app designed to support and remind you when to exercise and for how long)

So far, so good. It will send you a reminder 3 x a day and has a nice visual effect to show you the length of contraction and relaxation required. The app suggests performing endurance exercises and quick contractions.

For women unsure of exactly how to do the contraction it has a nice clear description and you can also link your app with your pelvic health specialist so they can keep track of your progress. Thumbs up from me 👍🏼
